The two techs was very professional and knowledgeable with explaining their cleaning process from beginning to end as well as other comfort central services that may be helpful to me in the future.  Cleaned up behind themselves and was very careful of how they maneuverd throughout my home with all their equipment.  My wife and I was very impressed that Comfort Central obviously trains their techs that customer service is more valuable to the customer than the service itself. Which I have seen many other company's have forgotten.

After asking for help from my Nextdoor community, I was referred to call Nathaniel at Comfort Central Cooling and Heating in Covington. I was having an issue with my cooling system where no matter what temperature we set the A/C to, the temperature in my house would always rise in the later part of the day and take the longest to cool off at night. It would start out at 69 degrees in the morning, and by 7pm it would be 78 degrees.
Nathaniel listened to the problem, and assured me that he would be upfront with me about pricing, and any issues that needed to be resolved with my unit. He jumped right in to look up the warranty info on my Lennox unit and told me that he could have someone out as soon as the next day.
I took a look at the reviews on Google, Nextdoor and BBB and determined that although I have a home warranty, I would give Comfort Central Cooling and Heating.
The next day, I spoke to Tiffany at the office, who was so sweet and very knowledgeable. She took my information and spoke with Nathaniel to confirm the issues that I was having and scheduled someone to come within a few hours to my home. She stayed in contact with me updating me on the service appointment the entire time that the tech was there.
So far, the tech found that my unit was very very dirty, and low on refrigerant and has been diligently working to get my unit running properly again! I am so glad that I called Comfort Central Cooling & Heating! This has been such a pleasant experience!
