  The tech spent about 15 minutes looking at my heat pump which was 11 years old and told me it would be 1000-1600 to repair if the part could be ordered. A new unit wad 6800. Never heard back from C. Bond. I paid 95 for a service call. This is a company I had used for 20+years. In October, I had another company come out- my unit needed a new thermostat. A 100 fix and it has been heating and cooling. I called to complain and they laughed. Never using them again!!!!

  Mrs Urban, we are very sorry that you are unhappy with your experience. Our technicians are human and do make mistakes. I show that we did a service call for you in May, so I'm not sure if it continued to work throughout the remainder of the summer and you had issue again in October. There were no notes of any issue with the thermostat at that time. We certainly would have liked the opportunity to make it right with you, but understand that you reached out to someone else. Chris did send you a quote for replacement via email just a few days after the tech was there in May, but I'm guessing it is possible that it went into your spam. If we didn't get you called back it was an oversight at our busiest time of the year, and I do apologize. I do not want to make excuses, but we certainly could have sent someone out to verify or address a concern back in May and it would have been covered under that initial service call charge if the tech missed something Please feel free to contact our office with any further questions or concerns.

  We were recommended to Comfort Care by a neighbor. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of this summer heat. Sam came and looked over the unit. He found that ants had corrupted the contacts in the unit and caused it not to kick on. He replaced the contact and had it up and running and blowing cool air in as little as 15 minutes. Our a/c unit is very old. Rather than trying to sell us a brand new unit Sam just nicely suggested we look at saving up in order to do that in the near future. When my system does go out I will definitely call these guys back. Very responsive company with polite and intelligent technicians. I would highly recommend Comfort Care!
