  We have had disappointing service from this company. They were hard to reach to begin with, even though they had serviced us in the past. We sweltered for days waiting for a returned call. Then when someone finally came out, they spent several hours trying to solve the problem, but in the end simply power cycled the device, failing to get at the root cause, which was a faulty thermostat. We asked that they consider discounting their services, given that the tech was apparently not fully competent. We even offered them the opportunity to become a long term service provider. Attempts to address these concerns with their owner were met first by non-responsiveness (again) followed by stating that they would not entertain performing work for us again until we paid for the earlier service, which we had stated was unsatisfactory. We have paid the bill and moved on as repeated attempts to discuss the issue failed. As the owner would not even be so courteous as to return our call, we decided to share our experiences here.

  Great customer service, attention to detail, very friendly and knowledgeable.got everything fixed and went above and beyond to explain how it all worked and exactly what he did to fix it. Gave suggestive easy maintenance to help it last longer. Overall highly recommend
