Had an issue with our fireplace not turning on. Was able to get an appointment quickly and tech soon came out to determine the cause of the issue. Luckily it was a simple fix. Very professional and great to work with, will use again if something comes up.

I highly recommend Comfort By Design. They are great! We have an enclosed porch we wanted to enjoy through the winter. (It gets very cold in there) We decided to go with Comfort By Design because we'd heard about their fireplace services and their technicians were great at installation. Aaron came out to our house and gave us a great estimate on a small stove. The selection of stoves was great, as well as the prices. We decided to go with a smaller unit because the porch is on the smaller side and the units seemed like they could heat the space well. Even the smaller units. The stove was delivered two weeks later and the service guys who installed it did a great job. They were courteous, knowledgeable and fast about their work. We love this new stove so much, and we're so excited to make full use of our porch even in the middle of a Minnesota winter! My wife has since decided to work out there instead of at the kitchen table. (We're both working from home these days). I highly recommend Comfort By Design, soup to nuts, they're a great crew to work with.

A part went out on a Geo System. I was told part would have been ordered last Wednesday. Called to verify part was ordered today (Monday) and was told they are still resourcing and finding pricing. We are without our main source of heat. Going on 5 days now with no part ordered.
