  Some ppl just don’t belong in customer service and the receptionist that works here is one of them. From what I know I speak English and to have this old women try me like as if I’m not communicating properly is honestly degrading, if it wasn’t for our landlord who uses their services I would’ve hanged up and hired another company instead. However the AC guy that services for the Wilmington area is great. Wholesome person and super nice and pleasant to speak with.

  Installed our 3 systems (2 standard HVAC) and 1 Mitsubishi split systems for an upscale workshop and have serviced us for almost 5 years. I would recommend them, as did our custom home builder. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and responsible.

  A very irresponsible company with no customer. The A/C first was not fixed. I spent all day calling for them to come back to fix it right. The tech finally showed up, but he cut he wire too short, and then told me to find the electrician. I still did not get it fixed. They just wash their hands off to my unfixed problem and a big bill. Never use them!
