Combined Energy Services is the go to place for your home propane needs. They are the best.  I am so happy I switched to them.  From the very first encounter with their office with Brittany, then the home visit with Neil B to confirm my contract, to Mike delivering my new tank and emptying the old service tank, to Bryan S and Daniel G finishing up my gas dryer conversion.  Each and everyone were such a pleasure to work with.  They are on time, follow up when they say they will, and deliver as scheduled.  Thank you so much! 10 Stars!

I love my new gas logs! Brian installed them. He was friendly, explained the process, showed me how to use the manual and remote devices, and cleaned up everything before he left. He even asked me if I wanted him to add the pebbles at the base because he wanted to make sure my Pug wouldn't want to play with or eat them. We were lucky enough to have Brian service our furnace a couple of weeks ago. He gave me a heads up about a part that is starting to go. That afternoon CES called me with a price for the part. Great service and always friendly customer service.

Brian O and Roy were extremely knowledgeable and professional during our entire experience.  Our water heater failed and they were able to comeback the next day to put a new one in.  They were fast and very thorough at the same time!  Thank you gentlemen for taking great care of us!

I only have a small portable heater and don’t use much propane.  This year especially sidetracked and not paying attention to usage I didn’t keep a close eye on my gauge.  Seems I didn’t use enough propane to meet my minimum and received an invoice from Combined for $126.14 for this oversight.  They don’t waive this fee.  They don’t have much compassion about taking money for nothing because it’s there “rule”.  I was preoccupied this winter.  I was diagnosed with cancer in several places.  Not curable but we can try to contain it.  I have treatment daily and see doc once a month.   My husband was put in a nursing home due to onset dementia and other health issues. He’s in no position to be my emotional support so I’m dealing will all on my own.  I had to pay for 4 days of his stay when his insurance ran out for $3000 and $2000 for the transport to move him to another location 2 hours away.  In between all of this we had two snow storms I had to contend with and try to keep it warm.  I will pay Combined their $126.14 for absolutely nothing but it’s a shame that they have to take money from someone who is in need because I was 16 days late to get a delivery to cover my minimum.  Get your propane but don’t look for compassion.

Donna – you have been a customer since March 2019. Clearly stated in your new customer form and reiterated multiple times over the past 3 years, was your minimum use fee. We do not charge this fee is you use the required amount of propane. As a matter of fact, we’ve even reduced the minimum amount required. There have been so many different individuals who have explained this to you that there’s no point in trying to do it again. We can set a clock to your complaints. Almost every March since you’ve become a customer, we get complaints. Although, last year you made the minimum usage and we didn't hear from you.

With that being said and how unhappy you are with the service we provide, we’ll come pick up our equipment and you can find someone else who will make you happy.

From my mother:  My furnace broke down and when I called, Pete came over to assess the situation.  Later that day, Shane came over and fixed my furnace.  Both men were polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly.  I was very impressed with Shane and would not hesitate to ask for him again.

CES has been my fuel supplier for many years.  Today I decided to let them also clean my furnace, because we had an oil smell in the basement.  Brian Osborne was the technician doing the work.  He was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job cleaning the furnace and corrected the oil smell.  He left the work area neatly clean, and discarded and the litter. Thank you.
