It's been a busy couple weeks where Combined Energy has been top notch. Two weeks ago Chris took care of properly installing our gas range after the Lowes installers made some significant errors. This week Tom came out and repaired our fireplace insert so we are ready for winter. Today I was able to get out to the store and thank Marla for her recommendation two years ago for the 5lb CO2 tank for the aquarium and not something larger. Don't be afraid to use the expertise of Combined Energy's employees.

Thank you so much Mr. Leiser for your kind words. We have a great team and we're glad we could be of assistance.

Was just in to get my propane tank filled, the guy told me I could “go inside and pay I’ll take care of it” was treated rude when I paid then I get home and when I put my gauge on my tank it’s only halfway full....outrageous
Response from the owner
Tommy - really sorry about your experience. Not sure how a "gauge" would tell you how much gas is in the cylinder - that would only show pressure. Please bring the cylinder back, we'll be happy to put on a scale and check how much gas is in it. Or you can put it on your normal household / bathroom scale -- look on the collar for "TW" which is the empty tank weight. (17-19 lbs). You subtract that from the full weight on your scale - you'll know how much was put in. Chances are he filled it to the "bleeder" on the valve which is safely at full capacity. But there is no pressure gauge that will show how much propane is left inside your cylinder - you can only tell by weight or when the 'bleeder' valve shows the person filling it liquid, that's when they stop filling. Please feel free to bring it back in, we'll be happy to weight it in front of you. ----------- As far as being rude, totally uncommon and we'll surely look into that. We don't have any rude people - would love to hear more of the story as we'll draw and quarter that person if they were rude, but we have the BEST team in the industry. We don't employ rude anyone and we deal with some real tough customers, our team is amazing. Come on back, let us weigh it, surely didn't gyp you - happy to see if there's any problems. Really wished you would have CALLED us before going on some review site - we're always happy to look into any BBQ cylinder filling problems, happy to reweigh your cylinder to make sure you got your full fill. Thanks - have a nice weekend and if you let us know which location filled your cylinder, we can look into it further and alert them that you're on your way back to have it reweighed.

My house is down a road and they came to deliver but due to ice they couldn't. When I called and told them the ice was gone they refused to come back even though I was down to 10% and rain was coming in the next day. Worst customer service ever!!!!
Response from the owner
Propane deliveries are routed for maximum efficiency of a very large piece of equipment with tremendous overhead. If your driveway had been clear when we came out the first time it would've been filled back on February 7th when the original delivery was attempted. When the driver tried again to make a delivery on February 17th, the driveway was impassable. Your area is notorious for ice. We will not risk harm to our drivers and equipment to make an unsafe delivery. Not quite sure how this constitutes the worst customer service. Safety is our priority.
