  Took weeks to get someone to come out and look at my house. Another couple weeks went by, I had to call them to get the quote, which wasn’t ready. They said they had to come back out again to quote me. Then it would be a few more weeks before they could get to it. I said no thanks. Was a hassle.

  Yesterday I was Blessed to have Colvin's install a Mitsubishi cooling/heating system. First let me say that my Salesperson Joe Midgett is an Earthbound Angel, A great Man, honorable, and holds much integrity. The Installers Eric M and Dennis L were an absolute wonderful team. Professional, Polite, Knowledgeable and Prompt. And I can't forget the Women in the office. Always a pleasure to speak with them. I HIGHLY recommend if you need any HVAC, or Plumbing needs to not be apprehensive to call them.

  Hey Troy Just want to pass along a big attaboy to you and the crew you sent out to do the install at our house here in Harrisville. Your personal survey of our home to ascertain the equipment needed was very thorough and far exceeded that of one of your competitors! The crew did a great job and the quality of the workmanship is exceptional. We're very impressed with our new mini splits. They work even better than we expected! As a side note, I'd also like bring to your attention the fact that I am very impressed with the Foreman of the crew, I believe his name is Eric. For the duration of the job, our home and property was treated with care and respect. He discussed the procedures to complete the installation with me and asked for my approval of possible procedures that would promote a more efficient and least conspicuous outcome! His overall knowledge of the job and the product is exceptional. He walked me through the proper operation of the system and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. He was very professional and in my opinion of todays work force candidates, an uncommonly valuable asset to be appreciated! He and his help even completed the job a day ahead of schedule. What more can I say. Even the ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful the day I dropped off the deposit. Thank you Colvins Heating and Cooling for a job very well done!!!
