  We had problems with cooling an office - tried everything - curtains, fans, cranking the a.c.; finally did what we should have done at first - called Randy at Columbia Allied. Their team diagnosed our problem (not enough intake and air flow) and revised our ducts quickly and efficiently. Office employees are blissfully cool now! Columbia has also helped with our home heat pump/ac installation. Other family members in town know also - problems w/ heat or ac? We call Columbia. They're the best! It's hard to find skilled, honest, reasonable and reliable all in one company - but here it is. We're so lucky to have them in the Battle Ground area.

  CAS did a fantastic job installing a gas insert and gas lines for kitchen range and tankless water heater into our 1920's house. The team was conscientious and took great care in all aspects of the process. Once installed, they provided excellent follow-up in responding to my questions/ concerns on the unit. Great job, Randy and CAS Team!

  We had a new ductless heating and air system put in this year. We've never had or used one before. We new nothing other than research we did to pick brand and installers. We now see why Columbia Allied Services was top of the list. Install went flawlessly, instructions on how to use it was spot on, and their service and PATIENCE is unbeatable. The follow up is exactly what they said it would be, which is rare in this day and age. Installed in summer and air conditioning was fantastic, but when winter set in we had issues with maintaining heat. Columbia Allied came out several times to make sure all equipment was functioning properly, which it was. Turns out, it was how we had the unit set. So they set it up for us correctly even after all the extensive diagnostics they already performed. Totally our fault and were still extremely professional, friendly and understanding. Great bunch of people. Both Randy and Derrick were great guys to work with! Can't reccomend this company enough. You won't be disappointed!!
