  Tim Strickland was wonderful!! He did our fall check up and installed two air purifiers. He did a very thorough job on our check up inside and outside. He did an excellent job of differentiating between our two air purifier options and explaining how each one works. He answered all our questions about the air purifiers and other questions that we had about our HVAC. He is knowledgeable, thoroughly, professional, patient and very good at his job. We have been using the Colony AC and Heating for many years. We have always been very happy with this company.

  Very impressed with Manny and his entire team, who today installed a heat exchanger in the attic and a new Carrier A/C unit outside. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered our questions, worked steadily and got the job done in one day. Remains to be seen how the system operates, but so far I am very happy with Colony, Manny, and everyone else I have dealt with at Colony.

  I was referred to Colony Air by my neighbor whose family has been a customer of theirs for over a decade. The process from start to finish was seamless. Making an appointment was quick and easy. Before the tech came out, a call was made to ensure we were home, and a text was sent with the name and picture of the technician. This is a great security feature so you can recognize the technician and you know you're opening your door to the right people. My technician was Brett S. and he was awesome! He asked questions about the issue I was having and took a look at my furnace. After he diagnosed the issue, he showed me pictures and explained to me solutions and costs. He answered all of my questions and fixed my heater. Brett S. Was very professional and friendly. Thank you so much for a great experience!
