  Our furnace went down on a Sat evening after hours. Matt called me, talked me through what needed to be done prior to taking my family to a hotel for the evening. He showed up promptly on Sun morning, talked us through all of his action steps and make the necessary repairs. It was a minor repair and not what I'd anticipated which was someone telling me that I needed a new furnace. I appreciate the integrity, transparency and quality of work done. Matt also even followed up 2 days after to ensure that everything was still in working order. I would highly recommend Coleman-Mitchell & Matt to anyone looking for service and/or an honest assessment of your needs. Thanks again Matt!

  Coleman-Mitchell has been wonderful to work with over the past several years. I initially started with them when my original AC needed serviced. They were quick to respond, diagnose, and fix the issue. They also service boilers, so they have been my go to company for my HVAC needs. Last year, they replaced my original boiler from the house. It was a small emergency situation. This year they replaced my AC unit since we knew it was older and on the fritz. All of the workers have been more than helpful. I've worked closely with Matt and Randy with maintenance and planning for my new installs, and Brian, Junior, and Kirby were great recently with my AC install. They wore their masks when I was around, per my request, and they were professional.

  As our furnace is almost 20 years old, it recently malfunctioned, which (after inspection) ultimately lead us to purchase a new one. We notified Coleman-Mitchell, who were quick to react and the new furnace was installed the next day. Mark and Junior were very courteous and professional during the entire installation. They put down runners to cover carpeting etc. and did a great job. All things considered, we are happy with our new furnace, as well as the way everything was handled.
