I am very happy with my experience with Cold Snap. They installed a new HVAC unit about 5 months ago. When I had issues with the fan not turning off, the tech was over the next day and fixed the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I would absolutely use them again. Thank you!!

We have used Cold Snap two times. Once for our Central Air and once for our Central Heat. We had a very pleasant experience both times. This family is so nice and personable, but still very professional. I rarely leave reviews but they are so deserving of it, I had to spread the word.

Hired this company to test and recharge my AC system. I was not informed by thier field tech, that AC system NEEDED to be 100% charged; in order for system to operate correctly -- I Paid $430 to this field tech -- 1 hour later AC system started blowing warm air...(and still blowing warm air!) Also VERIFY the the r22 this company is using is the CORRECT refrigerant for your r22 AC system....

Our technician recommended a full refrigerant charge while on site. You refused to allow him to finish charging the system due to cost. As you found out we are one of the least expensive ($125 per Lbs as apposed to the $300 per Lbs that you were quoted by other companies.) We use genuine R22 unless the customer requests a less efficient but less expensive option. We aren't trying to price gouge anyone just because its hot out. In addition, we made two additional appointments with you out in Rancho Tehama, after you decided to allow us to finish filling the system up, and you didn't show up for either appointment. I'm sorry that you will have to pay more for what you could have had for half the cost, but I'm not sending another tech out for an hour and a half drive just to have you not be there.
