  I highly recommend Using Cold 1 services . Ted is very professional and makes sure the job is done right ! They show up in a reasonable time and get the job done. My heater is working great thanks to Ted , We also use him at the restaurant I work in for the ac and refrigeration and he always keeps them up and running. Thank you Cold 1 for excellent service.

  Very helpful humans who take the extra time to do things properly. **To a bunch of the 1-star haters leaving reviews: this company has zero control over what's under warranty and what isn't. In a lot of circumstances: it's not under warranty. They're also an HVAC company in the 6th largest city in the country - turnaround time for appointments can be weeks. Unless you're willing to foot the bill for emergency or after hour repairs, why would you expect as much?

  I have known Ted for a number of years. There is not a time if I don’t have a question that he does not reassure me and explain what my heater problem was. I live near his business so I have many times spoken to him about my heater just in passing on the street. Great guy. Great company. I would recommend cold one
