  Kudos to the service men from Colair, Inc. Within 30 minutes of my call, Lalo was here to diagnose the issues with my unit. He went to great lengths to explain the issues, as well as the pros/cons of repair versus replacement. The installers, Frank and Rick, quickly and efficiently installed the new HVAC system. They answered my questions, explained the operation of the new unit and cleaned the area after the install. The entire Colair team was very sensitive to my time-they were in constant contact to let me know when to expect the service men. Well done!

  Very satisfied new customer! Our unit started giving us problems last week and I had put a call in to our regular service provider. I hadn't heard from them and called again this evening... the earliest they could get out would be tomorrow evening. I didn't want to spend another sleepless night in a hot house so took a chance on Colair. Rick was able to come out tonight, assessed the problem and got it working in a short amount of time. Rick was very knowledgeable and courteous... can't say enough good things about him and this company. So grateful we will have a cool home to sleep in tonight. Thank you, Rick!

  Our AC went out unexpectedly at night and my daughter was sick with a fever. I called Colair and they were able to send out Marcos Gonzalez the technician. Marcos got there in reasonable time and quickly went to work on fixing the AC. He was very professional and explained to me what happened and that he had the part in his truck. Within minutes he had my AC running again and cooling my house. Because of the quick response of Colair and Marcos we didn't have to sleep in a hot, miserable house. I didn't have to worry about my daughter being worse without the AC working also. Thank you Colair for helping us out and thank you Marcos! I appreciate your good service from beginning to end.
