Both of my HAVC systems would not ignite, so I called Cogburn's at 7AM Monday morning.  Ricky arrived within the hour.  He was very professional, quickly corrected the problem and answered all my questions.  The service charge was very reasonable.   Ricky was also careful not to step on the electric train layout in the attic.  I fully recommend Cogburn's and will use them again for my A/C system replacement planned this summer.  Craig Covello

They replaced our downstairs unit with a more efficient unit, and a year later our upstairs unit went out. Both times, they were quick and efficient, and they also followed-up to make sure everything was working properly. They do routine maintenances check ups and are very fast. Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. I called about mid-day and they were able to schedule a tech to come out same day at 4pm. He was able to come earlier than scheduled, and texted to let us know he was on his way. Rick was extremely professional and explained exactly the what was wrong with the system. In less than an hour he was able to diagnose the issue and replace our thermostat. Most efficient and effective service we’ve ever received. We will definitely be calling them should we need anything in the future. Thanks Rick!
