  As the treasurer of the Moolah Mounted Lancers, I am responsible for collection of dues, other fees, and contributions to this fraternal and charitable organization. I am also responsible for paying our bills. In the winter of 2019, our headquarters, The Mounted Lancer Ranch, experienced a frozen water pipe which flooded our facility and caused some serious physical damage. It was the decision of the executive board at that time to replace the electric furnace which had been in use since the building was constructed. It was decided that we would install the new Cocoon HVAC System with its smart thermostat. We had become aware of its advertised energy savings of 30-40%. Prior to this installation, our energy expenses were, on average, around $125 per month. We were delighted to find that in the first year since installation our energy expenses have dropped to $61.49 per month, a savings of around 50%. The second year, 2021, has also shown a savings of around 30% so far. The Cocoon System has exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to many years of continued efficiency. Dave Wren, Treasurer

  We had base board heaters in our home when we bought it. We were looking into getting a furnace and Allan (which happened to be a customer of ours) had this great new furnace and we started talking about the company and what they could do for our home. We are very impressed with the energy savings, design, and over all customer service. I tell everyone about this great company and furnace every chance I get. LOVE LOVE LOVE our new furnace and the great customer relationship we have built with Allan and his company. Pricing is great as well.
