  I have had nothing but issues with my AC since the day it was installed. They were here less than 2 weeks ago for maintenance and today I called because AC did not work. The technician came within a few hours because I pay for the highest plan they have. I was told I was out of refrigerant and they would schedule a leak check. In the meantime I have no AC and I live in the south. Did I mention I pay for the highest plan they have???? I am requesting all of my records from the day my system was installed and contacting an attorney. If I could rate them less I would.

  I had Coastal Service Experts out for seasonal maintenance of two heat pump systems. Rob and Krysteena were awesome! Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I've been a customer of Coastal Service Experts for years and I've always been more than satisfied.

  Used them for 5 years. In February, a guy came with a tech on routine maintenance and tried to sell us a new system. He brought up his church group, then found over $450 in parts we needed. Included a filter for $150 I found on Amazon for $50. When I went to replace the filter myself, it was immaculate and did not need changing. I will never do business with these scoundrels ever again.
