  I was having difficulty with my HVAC and dehumidifier system. I researched many HVAC companies and found Coastal Home Services to be of high standards and professional. I went to their location and met with Sammy who was a gentleman and explained the services his company provides, we shook hands and I told Sammy I wanted them to be my HVAC company. One week later, Tony from Coastal Homes comes to my home and does a thorough inspection of my HVAC and dehumidifier system. Upon completion of the inspection Tony explained in great detail everything that was going on with my units and repaired a few problems. Tony was extremely professional and did a great job. In conclusion, the price was reasonable, the service was great and I highly recommend Coastal Home Services.

  I cannot stress how professional and informative the company and the men that worked on my house were. Everything was explained to me as the project went. They went over and above what I had anticipated for this job. I don’t know how one company could acquire so many gifted workers, but it speaks well for the owner.

  I called the company I have used for years (who advertised 24 hour service) when my air conditioning went out on a hot July Saturday. After 24 hours, I hadn't received any response at all. I called Coastal Home Services, and they were polite and professional. Tyler was at my house within an hour of my call, and within 20 minutes had made all necessary repairs and thoroughly checked out the system. He was positive, polite, professional and knowledgeable, and did a great job. I highly recommend Coastal Home Services!
