  The quality of work is phenomenal. But the company does not care for their technicians whatsoever. I called to let them know that their technician wasn’t doing well. He was gasping for air, and had to lay on our floor in front of the fan multiple times. I gave him cold water and offered him food. It’s totally understandable, because we’ve been under a heat advisory. No telling how hot that attic is. But the company owner did not care. He said “Well, we’re stretched thin and trying to get you cool air. Thank you for calling and expressing your concern.” Yes, we want and need cold air with our newborn. But I do NOT want to risk someone’s life for the installment. Sadly, we rent and have no choice with companies, but I will never recommend Coastal because of how they treat their technicians. Inhumane. .

  I used this company in 2015 and decided to use them again because of the great experience I had. Once again this company's technician was professional friendly and very thorough! The office staff is also great! Prices are comparable to other companies, but what matters most is their knowledge and how they treat their customers. Thank you!! Sonia
