Coastal Cooling was ever so prompt and professional in every aspect of submitting a proposal and the actual installation. All the technicians went to great pains to explain the operation and the settings of the thermostat. We are switching to Coastal Cooling for our annual maintenance visits as well. Highly recommend!!

Had an appointment scheduled for an estimate for air duct cleaning. When technician- I believe his name was Tim-  showed up it was obvious he wasn't interested in doing the work. He left saying he would email me an estimate for the job. This was over a week ago. Never got the email or a call from anyone. I wish he would've been honest and let me know air duct cleaning was not something he was comfortable doing. It was a waste of both of our time.

They were fast to respond to my clogged AC drain line service call and had the line cleared in no time. However, the $124 diagnostic fee, PLUS $165 to blow out the line was unreasonably high. I have no complaints about the service, but $289 for a 30 minute service call is a joke.

Coastal Cooling is excellent & when my AC needs replacing I will buy through them again.  Very happy with maintenance agreement too.

The technician Dave who came by for the annual checkup was fabulous.  He is knowledgeable, experienced and was patient with explaining my AC system to me.  He also was thorough and checked all parts to make sure that they were working.  I recommend the company.

Having a home on an island does have its challenges.  A/C went out and a Coastal Cooling experienced technician came out by boat within 48 hours to diagnose the problem. Options and cost to either repair the existing system or replace it with new equipment was clearly explained and a formal proposal was subsequently provided. I opted for new equipment along with a maintenance agreement. I was provided an install date, and as promised, despite the logistics involved living on an island, the job was completed in less than a week from my initial contact with Coastal Cooling. I strongly recommend them for your A/C needs. Experieced and knowledgeable technicians, and office staff very easy to work and communicate with.
