I have a good experience, waited 1.5 hours to get a dock, then start getting loaded eight away. They have a unfinished parking area before the facility. And all together 8 docks

Nice humble professional people work here.  Please use the regular entry. Don't use the exit to enter the facility. They are quick. 2hours to check and loaded.

Update April 2021: checked in 215 pm got load at 1215 am. 10 hours wait.

I came here to pick up load .they load u on appointments only . I had appointment 3 pm  it’s took 4 hour to loaded . And they do have parking spot . All I can say that u gonna spend  half ur day here .

Not a bad place to load. Friendly staff. Park in dirt lot next to building go around to check in. Slide your tandems. Once done someone will come get you. Took about 2hrs form start to finish.

According to what the employee told me, you must enter off Harkins thru the "do not enter." Park in the dirt/gravel lot then walk around to the front where the dock are to check in. The old entrance as been blocked off. See pics. But overall, each staff I interacted with was very helpful and polite.
