  I called Joe late in the afternoon as our compressor stopped cooling, and we were having a house guest. He got a new one installed the next day. Joe was amazingly customer service oriented. Wayne, the installer was efficient, personable and got the job done working until after 5pm on a Friday afternoon. We are thrilled with this company and their concern for our situation and comfort. Bravo!

  When our AC stopped blowing cold air, I called our normal guys. They quoted me $1,000 cost and 3-4 weeks wait on the part we needed. I called Coastal on a family recommendation. Travis came out the same day and fixed our problem for half the price. Now, our normal guys are fired and Coastal is our new AC people. We’re delaying putting in a new system, but when we do we’ll call Coastal for that also. Travis was great, Coastal was great, will recommend to everybody.

  Joe and his team did a fantastic job installing our new A/C unit. He responded very quickly to my initial call when our unit went down and gave us great options to replace. He had our new unit installed within 2 days. He is my go to A/C professional.
