  Installed a new a/c unit when it was not needed and did not do it correctly. I had to make 4 service calls because the coolant kept leaking. Their customer service is terrible. Finally we went to a different a/c company and he showed us the problem -- fittings not installed with correct washers. Do not do business with this company, they do sub standard work and will try to rob you blind.

  They came to my house to do a cleaning and tune up on my AC system. They proceeded to tell me how poor my system is cooling they didn't even clean my coils outside because they said my compressor is not working. I don't know how I am still getting cool air if my compressor is not working. They said it was not worth it to clean the coils because it would not make a difference. They charged my the full price for the tuning even though what I got is a sales pitch for a new system. Then when I refused to fill out the form to see if I can get pre approved for financing for a new system the guy got all upset. He said that he spent all this time at my house and he deserved the business. I felt pressured and said that I need to shop around before I jump into spending nearly 6,000. Long story short I would not recommend this company.

  Customer Service is aweful. Took 10 days to fix a unit that they installed less than 18 months ago, and this is the 2nd service call since it was installed. Said they needed a part shipped in and over a week later the tech that came to install the part said that wasnt what the proiblem was. They have no idea what they are doing and have terrible customer service. Save yourself time, money, and alot of sweat, call someone else.
