  The service protocol included an initial visit by the technician named Taylor. Then following that visit technicians Josh and Brian completed the repair. In both cases the individuals providing the service were respectful, purposeful, and thorough. There was direct communication on the progress for arrival, which was within the time span provided to me from the main office. In process, on my older home, the technicians completed the repairs in a timely manner even though some unforeseen obstacles were encountered. They processed through the options and worked continuously to complete the repair. My appointment was scheduled according to my personal ability to be present. All three technicians welcomed my presence throughout the process and even let me lend a hand (mostly hold the ladder) when needed. I consider the workmanship to be expertly completed and I am very satisfied with the entire experience with Coast to Coast Heating & Air Conditioning. I recommend them "most highly".

  Very professional, very good experience. First visit was from Kameron on Jan 26, cost to repair made replacing the 12 year old undersized unit more sensible, so Kameron got the system running and signed me up for a replacement. Chris and Josh did the install on Feb 10 and I'm really pleased with everything.

  Couldn’t be happier with Olivio, the repairman who fixed our air conditioner! He arrived on time and was super friendly and professional the whole time. I’d really messed up installing a smart thermostat to our AC unit and Olivio took the time to diagnose each possible component causing the failure, and installed the new controller and transformer quickly once they were found to be the culprits. The cost was reasonable considering how much time he spent tracking down other parts that may have failed as well. I will definitely be using Coast to Coast again for our maintenance and I’d recommended them to anyone!
