  Stephen helped us and obviously knew what he was doing. He was even helping out coworkers that needed help while he had them on speakerphone and was diagnosing and fixing the issue with our HVAC system. He was polite, courteous, and wore a mask and booties without being asked. I will be replacing the HVAC system soon, and I will ask for a quote from Coaches when I do.

  February 2022--Techs Stephen Jeffery and Aron Ramirez showed up on time and quickly diagnosed my HVAC (indoor attic) air handler issue. They found a burned out air handler motor in our aging Carrier heat pump system. They replaced the motor and the capacitor and got the system running again. We now have heat again for these chilly winter nights. Stephen and Aaron were professional, pleasant and great communicators. Kudos to them. This company is the HVAC service provider for my home warranty company---American Home Shield. (January 2022) Techs Aron Ramirez and Brandon (trainee) were fast and efficient plus good communicators. They showed up on time and quickly assessed my heat pump compressor status.

  Had winter HVAC maintenance done through my home warranty company. They sent Coaches HVAC. Extremely pleased with the service I received. Jose and Aaron were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them in the future for HVAC and A/C.
