  Not a very reputable company. After rearranging work schedule to fit their schedule, telling me they would be here between 1-4, they showed up an hour early, at noon. Needless to say, I was not at home at this time. Charged me for the service call anyway.

  Called because my current service provider is backed-up and needed help asap. So unlucky to have a horrid person named Ashley answer! She was rude, condescending and not at all interested in providing any kind of customer service. We ended up needing to replace 2 of our air conditioner condensers so her poor attitude cost them a decent sale. I am sure you guys can find someone more professional and polite than Ashley to handle customer calls and needs!!
