  They are the top of the line. CMI has made a name for themselves for having very knowledgeable techs. We have used them for home and business for a long time now. One of the other reviews complained about their bill. I expect there was more to the story. I'm in the service world also. Roger is a strait shooter and I'm sure it was handled in the most professional manner.

  Refused to do a service on my furnace on weekend because I was a new customer. With temps getting into 30s at night the would not send out a tech. And was told that it was company policy. Lazy as hell

  Insist on a written quote because the bill we received months after the unit was “repaired” was several hundred dollars more than the quote Rodger provided.
