  We were in the worst heat wave in decades with temps up to 116! Our air conditioning went out at home and we could not find a company to help for at least 2 weeks. I called Climatek and spoke to the owners wife. I described our problem and she said her husband would call when he got home. He called and walked me through options to fix it myself. I was unable to find one of the problems and he came out the next morning and had our AC working in no time. We could not be happier! Super nice people, very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

  Did not purge the piping when it was brazed cost me 1000 to fix a system that was just over a year old.They do not back their work, would not even come look at the problem they recommended I find someone "local" instead

  Mr Taft, I can assure you we purge all of our New installs with nitrogen while soldering. You called during a time when we were experiencing extremely high temperatures and were not able to accommodate you in a timely manner, per our customer service standards. Since your home is over an hour and a half from Wenatchee, and your install being out of our labor warranty, we encouraged you to call a “local” HVAC contractor to save you from paying travel costs. Per that conversation, there was no indication of unhappiness on your part. We truly thought it would save you money to go with a local, to your area contractor, with our added travel time. The system is still under manufactures warranty, which all HVAC companies can honor. Your repair should have only been a cost for labor, which we assumed would have been a lesser cost to you in finding someone local. We DO stand behind our product 100% and care about each install we do. Please call if you want to discuss this situation outside of Google reviews.
