  Amazing customer service which means a lot these days. I previously used Climatech for both maintenance and later a new system for my rental property. They went out of their way and worked me in for same day service when others would not. I recently had a new system installed at my personal house and they did an awesome job.

  The transformer replacement was not with a BARD device but a generic unit. This is a brand new HVAC unit and OEM would be expected since this is a warranty repair. The technician was not having a good day apparently. His installation of the generic control transformer was less than professional. I have contacted BARD about this work and hopefully they will provide additional feedback to your business to help improve the expected level of customer service.

  We have ordered the original factory part to be delivered. We will be glad to replace it when it arrives. We did not want to leave you stranded without air and can't keep all the factory parts on the trucks. Sorry for any trouble and hope this helps.

  Smooth job from start to finish. Climatech had good reviews from folks in the neighborhood. Glad we used them. They use American Standard products which have a high reliability ratings. Glad to have this major homeowners expense behind us and feeling confident they did a good job.
