  Responsive. Cost competitive. Knowledgeable and very thorough during original visit to home to provide a quote, which left me confident that I was choosing the best person for the job (I got three quotes total). Wore a mask and the little shoe covers always when inside my home. Left the work area clean with everything put back. I will be going to climate solutions first for any HVAC needs.

  We had a great experience with Kao. Kao was a pleasure to work with and we are very satisfied with the work done. He replaced our aged unit and installed a new one in a timely manner as quoted. His quote is reasonable. I highly recommend Climate Solutions for your heating and cooling needs!

  We bought a house in January, and hired Climate Solutions to come out and service both the AC unit and the furnace, just to make sure they were both running efficiently. Kao was responsive and on time for the appointment. While inspecting the furnace, he discovered a cracked heat shield and recommended that we file a claim with our home warranty. We ended up needing a new furnace, but unfortunately, Kao was not the one to perform that work for us because the warranty chose the company who did the work. I was happy with that other company as well, but would use Kao's services again in the future should we need anything else.
