  Awful communication, rude and non response. Had to have boiler replaced and the tech went out of his way to be rude in our home - it was a home warranty or we would not have hired them. Less than a year later having emergency issues and no responsive- no call back and no emergency number that gets answered. Would not recommend! Had to hire a different company to fix a issue that should have been covered. Look for a better company- do not recommend.

  I had these guys out on 12/1/20, and again on 12/3/20, through the consumer energy appliance protection program. The first day the tech thought the issue with my boiler and my Nest Thermostat not being charged properly. The tech looked at the system, and said that it sounded right. He also checked for carbon monoxide around the unit. I charged the thermostat as instructed, but that did not fix our problem. The boiler continued to go out. So on 12/3/20, the same tech came back to my house and without even touching the machine I was told I needed a new system and was given a quote for 5600. He did tell me that cleaning the machine would costs about $1800 and it was a 50/50 chance that it would fix the problem as well. Oh and his company doesn't do the cleaning. He also noted that it was a messy job and that my finished basement would be covered with soot when it was all said and done. I actually called the company to ask about financing and unfortunately never heard from this company again. It was disappointing to not get any type of call back to say the least. What company doesn't want 5600 dollars? To keep it short, we had a second company come out Colonial Heating & Cooling, a technician named ADI went above and beyond to resolve our issue, and in the end we paid less than $100.00 to get the boiler up and running. It just doesn't seem like they know that much about a boiler as they say they do.

  Climate Pro Heating has turned out to be extremely professional fast with service they get the job done clean up after themselves answer all your questions and you want them back because they’re that good I install a furnace this past winter with them. they came out in the dead of winter replace the whole furnace with in one day . I saved so much money on my heating bill .so I use them again for an air conditioning unit two weeks ago they came right out give me an estimate took care of business . I am extremely satisfied with the work they have done and theequipment they have recommended for me.
