  It is never fun to have unexpected expenses - but all part of home ownership. I can't say enough about the care and attention to detail that Climate Masters served me with. They lugged my massive old unit out and installed a new one with professionalism and competence, all while I was out of town. Communication was outstanding. 5 STARS. Highly Recommend.

  Steven came out and fixed our A/C super fast and for an awesome rate. Couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality we got from Climate Masters. They are true professionals.

  If I could give this company a 10 star that is what it would be! I had a REME HALO installed and we are super pleased with the quality of this product. I noticed right away the difference in the air quality. I love this product. This company is outstanding in everything they do from taking the time on the telephone to answer any and all questions that you may have. I spoke with Richard in regards to a previous A/C company (in my opinion had no clue on how to fix my issue nor took the time to find out on 2 occasions) that installed my brand new unit in a brand new home with the fresh air duct allowing mice to get in to my home. Not only did Richard resolve all my concerns by sending Michael out to check what was happening but also checked out everything for me. Michael was able to find and fix what the previous A/C company did not finish on a brand new home. I would recommend CLIMATE MASTERS to anyone. You will not be disappointed in the knowledge they have as well as the 100% they give. I also signed up for the yearly service plan they offer their customers knowing that if anything goes wrong day or night, they are a phone call away and will come out. I am super happy now with my REME HALO as well as Climate Masters resolving my issues.
