  Climate King was appointed to fix my heating and a/c through my home warranty First American Home Warranty. They are amazing. They appointed the company quickly and Climate king was quick to address the issue the next day. Special thanks to the tech Austin who was was very helpful and professional. Cynthia in the office rocks! She was very helpful to conclude all my billing issues! Look forward to dealing with them in the future anytime I have issues.

  Climate King was sent out via my home warranty company (First American). You know home warranties can be difficult but Climate King was awesome. They were very responsive, very easy to get in touch with, very quick to address all issues, and ultimately they helped me get a full A/C replacement through my warranty. Special props to Holly in the office and Jacob in the field for taking care of me.

  The company did an excellent job overall. The technician was friendly and respected me as a homeowner. He answered any questions I had. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the availability of my appointment...they were short-handed, so I could not schedule an appointment as quickly as I needed it. The customer service was excellent also. Each time I called, the customer service person was always friendly and willing to assist me. I would use this company again. If I could, my true rating would be a 4+...
