  Mike really was awesome. He really helped us out when our heater went out after we had a whole house humidifier installed. He was very professional and worked hard to get everything running smoothly again. His prices were very reasonable and fair and would absolutely recommend him.

  Unit was icing up, I called these people and they came out to tell me to replace my filter which was less than a month old, and to keep my fans running to cool down the ice. Called All Season Inc. a week later and they took the cover off and noticed a carpet like lint coating that was covering the evaporator coils, THEY solved the problem, climate design just charged me $145 to tell me to replace my filter. I hope people read this before calling this company, the other company charges way less to come out and actually tried to fixed the problem.

  I had the worst experience with Climate Design. My furnace stopped working in the middle of winter. My warranty company recommended this company which was a terrible decision. Mike Edde was absolutely unprofessional and very disrespectful. I scheduled my appointment with him and had to wait 24 hours before he would be able to service my furnace. He had called to inform me that he had finished a job earlier than expected, and was on his way to my home. Unfortunately I missed his call but had received the voicemail he left. When I tried to get a hold of him, it kept going to straight to voicemail. When I finally got a hold of him he stated I had missed my appointment with him. I had told him I did not understand as someone was home and if he knocked on the door some would have answered. He told me he did not care he wanted someone to respond to his phone call. He waited until exactly 2 o’clock (the window for the appointment was 2-4) then left for the day. When I asked him why he left and if he would be returning, he told me no as he was done for the day. I told him I had an infant and reminded him that it is the middle of winter and freezing cold. He stated I should have thought of that before missing the appointment. He told me he would be charging me a fee for missing the appointment. Then told me I could not reschedule and hung up the phone. My warranty company tried to get a hold of Mike Edde at Climate Design but it kept going to voicemail as well. I ended up calling Furnace World and George was there in 30 minutes repairing my furnace.
