  I was extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service I received from Jim last week! He came out on a Saturday and within 45 minutes of my initial call and made the repairs to my air conditioner! The price was extremely reasonable as well! All in all it was less than 2 hours and we were feeling the cool breeze again! I highly recommend Jim and Climate Design, Inc., Heating and Air Conditioning! One happy and cool customer, Tim Brown.

  Update: 4 Sep 2018. I would like to thank Jim with Climate Design for another great job, this time a totally new install. Jim has kept my 20 year old system up and running for over a decade, but the time came for a new system. Jim came with great system recommendations and we settled on a system that would work best for my application. He worked with my schedule and completed the install in a very timely manner, his workmanship is second to none and I have the upmost respect for him. If you're looking for a company that will sell you the equipment you need with the service you deserve please don't hesitate to call him. I can't say enough about it, great man, great equipment, great service. Thanks for everything Jim. Major John Chandonais I've used Climate Design Inc exclusively for a decade.   Excellent Customer Service! Jim at Climate Design provided excellent service with my furnace repair issue. He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner and was realistically priced. He also explained the repair in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommended.
