  They were initially really good about my heat pump. They were polite and professional and generally concerned about making sure my heating elements were cared for, but they dropped off. I've been without heat for three weeks at this point, and they haven't returned a call for assistance. I would like to grade them higher, but until I get a proper follow-through, I'm going to give them a poor review.

  We were assigned Clifton's through our home warranty company, and had an appointment scheduled within 48 hours of filing a claim. The technician arrived in the scheduled window, and was polite, knowledgeable, and found the fix that several other companies missed that solved an ongoing problem with a smart thermostat. Awesome service.

  The technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show us why Repair was needed on our unit. We really appreciate how he was able to quickly install the new unit and cover and answer all of our questions
