  We have had issues with our woodstove we bought there. We spent over $20,000 in their store. When my husband was in the store today to pick up a manual Pat said he would print for us, he gave my husband the middle finger when my husband told him he would have it ready today.

  This is how I received my new uv lightbulb. Why would you mail a bulb in an envelope? It’s so frustrating, I have to print a label and now drop this off at fedex in order to get a refund.
