On Valentine's day, my A/C was giving me a hard time and stop working. I called Clean Air Technologies, and lady boss Jesse quickly put together an elite team of Cory and Greg to come to me residence. Those tech are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They carefully solved the problem and cleaned up my coils so that we can breathe cold and clean air again. thanks to you all!

I first used Clean Air about 2013 for a full install of a new Lennox system. Very professional and did a great job. Just yesterday in a different house, my 4 year old system they did not originally install went out on us. Of course I called them again and within a few hours they had my system up and running again. Jeff and Jessica are a great family team and gave us first rate service. Do not call anyone except Clean Air for any A/C related issue, make it your first and only call weather it's full install, repair or maintenance! Thank you both so much!!

Excellent service. Cleaned out vents and ducts in a home I just purchased. They also closed up an old intake vent in the garage that was no longer needed.

Unfortunately if it was possible I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I made an an appointment in July to have my system to be cleaned and checked out since we had just had purchased the house and the AC didn't seem just right. We were recommended to your company from a friend who uses you for any AC problems. So fast forward to Aug when my appointment was made for and I had informed them I was flying in from NY to handle the AC. I received several texts confirming the appointment and was never told about any issues for doing a cleaning or anything else on the AC unit. 15 minutes before Clean Air is supposed to show up, I received a call stating that they couldn't come because it was too hot and I needed to reschedule to Oct. I then explained I spent money flying in specifically for this and I was basically told it was too bad and I needed to reschedule for Oct. They have no respect for people and I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. The appointment was booked in July your a Florida company how do you not know that August is going to be too hot to any type of service in a home. Extremely disappointing!

Sorry for not being able to accommodate you. We had several emergency calls where people had no air conditioning and that will take priority. We generally do not cancel a call the same day that is not our policy. We usually have enough staff to cover all calls and we do not overbook. With that said on your day we had a technician call out sick in the morning and due to Covid like symptoms we would not ask him to come in and potentially endanger you and his coworkers. We also generally do not schedule duct cleanings during the summer months so I’m not sure how that happened. I will review with our dispatcher to make sure it does not reoccur. I did see you rescheduled for October I will have our office reach out to you to confirm or cancel the appointment. Again sorry we did not meet your expectations.
We have been in business for 31 years and the last two have been extremely difficult with labor, material and equipment shortages

A big thank you to Jim and Jeff and their team of technicians. They were able to install a new unit on a very short notice (no ac in Florida is a little rough!). The workmanship was truly meticulous. Some contractors don't clean up after themselves but not these guys! Absolutely would hire them again and trust them to do the job right the first time around. Very pleased with our entire experience from first call to job completion. All members from owners, to office staff, and techs are incredibly professional. Clean Air Technologies is a first rate organization. I recently hired them to clean and encapsulate the ducts in my house. The technicians they sent really know about HVAC sanitation and restoration.
I live in a high rise apartment which means my ducts are all contained in a 12” space above my ceiling and there is no way to access anything from above like a regular house. This makes their job very difficult.
Shiva came out ahead of time and listened thoroughly to my needs and found a way to clean and encapsulate all of my ducts. When the techs came to do the work, Shiva came with them to ensure that the work was done according to the specific plans Shiva had designed.
The technicians they sent were very well qualified and they completed the work very carefully and communicated with me all the way.

Clean air came out and cleaned our air ducts. The house smells so much nicer now! They made a few additional recommendations to keep the indoor air cleaner (after I asked) but were very low pressure about it, said I could do it “whenever you have your air conditioner maintenance done think about doing xx” and said “you can ask your regular air service company if they do it, if not we can”. Their prices are very reasonable and they were here for 3 hours so I expected there would be a “sales pitch “ at the end. I was pleasantly surprised that there was not! I have an older house and I asked about having the duct work replaced. He said maybe in 10 years. I would definitely recommend them to others.

This family run business has gone far and above out of their way to help me in replacing my AC system. I had significant water damage to the air handler box and everything had to be removed and replaced. Jeff Almeida has come by numerous times to offer advice on the clean up, and when my handyman stiffed me, he even offered to build the box for me even though they are not builders. That is because he felt bad that I had no water heater with everything torn apart. They were extremely competitive in their bids against the other 6 quotes I got also. They did a profession installation and in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about this company.  Also they do Air quality testing which if you are not sure about mold or chemical out gassing in your house, they will test your air. Photos to follow

Another great service call from Clean Air Tech. Jon cleaned the indoor and outdoor units from top to bottom. The units almost looked brand new by the time he was done cleaning them. I was amazed at the effort that he put in to clean the unit. He also gave me some great advice on making sure our lawn service minimizes spraying cut grass towards the outside unit. Jon was very friendly and easy going....a pleasure to work with. Thank you Jon and Clean Air Tech!
