For the past 5 years Clean Air has done us right. We have used them for trouble shooting and maintenance all the way up to a new unit. The are professional, polite, and friendly. Fair prices and quick service .Highly recommend them. We live in Baxley and everytime we have had a emergency with our old unit they were here within the hour, even on a holiday weekend they came right over and it was a standard call price not a jacked up holiday call price Keep up the good work guys Awesome Job

I would not refer any one to use this company after my terrible experience using them last week. I contacted the company when I noticed my central unit wasn't blowing cold air. When Andy came and check my system he said that it needed gas and asked if I wanted him to put more in? Of course I said yes, put the gas in if that is what's needed. The unit started to cool as normal, I paid the $236 fee and returned to work. After I got off work and came home the unit had stopped blowing cold air. I called Clean Air again, got voicemail , left message but didn't receive a return call (this was on Friday). Yet the online information for the business states 24 hour service. Late Saturday afternoon I was able to contact Andy, he came out again, stated there was a small leak that he must have missed the day before, he fixed that leak and unit started blowing cold air, no additional charge. The unit cooled as normal for about three hours only. I called Andy again, got voicemail, left couple messages, no return call. On Monday when Andy finally decided to return my call, he then told me that there was a leak in my unit line, that was the reason for the unit not cooling since the gas was leaking and not best interest for me to consider repair factoring the age of the unit. After all of this, why couldn't Andy just be up front and honest with me on his first trip and tell me that there was a leak in the line and putting gas in was just going to leak back out. Surely if I would have been informed of the facts, I wouldn't have paid for gas knowing that it wasn't going to solve my problem. I'm an honest person and only expect honesty in return.

Mrs. Carter I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our service and I apologize that our response time Saturday was delayed, we only had one person working and we where backlogged. I assure you we handled your complaint as fast as possible. On Friday, the first visit you was informed that your unit was almost out of refrigerant and had a leak somewhere. I asked you personally if you wanted us to put refrigerant in it and you stated yes. I personally told you there was no guarantee how long it would last, because we did not know how bad the leak was. You again stated yes put the refrigerant in the unit. On Friday evening I did return your call and asked you to give the unit some time to operate, as it was extremely hot in your house and it had only been operating about 2 hours. I asked you to give it more time to operate and call me back to let me know how it was performing. I did not hear back from you until Saturday morning. On Saturday when I returned to your residence, I did find a small leak and fixed that leak on the outdoor unit and recharged your system at no extra charge to you. Before leaving your house Saturday, I again told you that the refrigerant may leak out due to the age and condition of your system. I further told you that if the refrigerant did leak out again there was nothing more I could do to the current system and it would not be wise to put anymore money into it. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations, but I assure you our intentions was to fix your system as efficiently as possible for you. I would be glad to talk with you in person to try and repair our relationship, you have been a customer for several years and we value that. Please feel free to call our office to schedule a time that we may meet with you to discuss this issue further.

We woke up Saturday morning with no air working during the dog days of summer. They responded right away to our emergency. Very friendly on the phone and in person. Reasonably priced for the services too. Thanks again for the amazing service we received . 👍🏼 We would highly recommend this company.
