  We had them out to look at our Samsung range. They figured out the issue and helped me get it fixed quickly! I was so impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable they were. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

  I had an oven/stove go out on me, and gave me an exact code on the screen of what part I needed. I called and made an appointment with Clayton's and figured it would be cheaper to have them come out and fix my problem rather than buying new. They came out, and quoted me over $400 for my fix and I could have bought new for that. I figured their service tech or whoever would know how much my repair was with the brand and code received. I would have appreciated some sort of call or quote that it would have been just as much to fix this as buying new. I called to try and maybe come up with some sort of solution to still have them service our appliance, but they were not willing to work on any kind of price or anything. I don't like leaving bad reviews on family owned businesses, but I feel like this was not properly handled. A little heads up on a $400+ repair would have been appreciated. I was also still charged the service fee.

  I have had Clayton's fix numerous appliances over the years and they also do a wonderful job. Recently, I was having an issue with my washer. I called for service and Connie gave me an idea to fix it that I hadn't tried yet. She could have just scheduled the service call, but she was kind enough to share another option first. Luckily her suggested fix worked! I appreciated the kind service and would not hesitate to call Clayton's for any future repairs!
