Nobody living in my house and they charged me $550 for water usage....i didn't have irrigation so it wasn't any sprinklers, and i had 2 different plumbers go check everything and both said there was no leaks. I had them replace some toilet parts and adjust the overflow because customer service told me that they could reduce the bill if i did so, but when i sent in the repair order they told me it "doesn't count" towards a repair credit. They even had me pay to get this notarized. These people are scam artists. After reading everyone else's reviews, how has nothing been done about these crooks?

These people have been ripping me off for years .. I know I should have had them check my meter before . My husband passed of ALS in July 2020 I have not used the sprinkler system and I don't do laundry at home .. I don't use my dishwasher !. There were 3 of us here in 2019 And I'm paying the same amount for the last years with very little water usage . I think God I am moving to Duval county as I knew I was being ripped off every month by them and I should have called sooner but like most people I just paid the bill rather than go through the stress as they will never ever back pay me for anything .. Also I often paid an additional $1 and I have never seen that either over years . I will be giving a warning to the new homeowners to get the broken meter checked ..I guarantee I am paying for next doors bill also . I cannot believe how they can take advantage of people the way they do for water that should be free anyway . I am considering reporting them just out of principle. And to think my veteran husband gave his life for these kind of people .. Goodbye clay Hello Duvaaal! They offered to make an appt to look at the meter ..I'm not that stupid ..they would have billed me for it 😣

Do the phones not work at this place? Set up auto pay, but the bill is never deducted, website says auto pay is good to go, had to make an emergency payment via my banks routing number and account number, that could take 3 to 5 business days to process, been threatened to shut off water, and I've tried calling 5 times with the confirmation number from my last payment but the line is always busy and then i get disconnected after about a dozen busy tones. What's going on over there? Who is responsible for such poor productivity?
