Overall great place, very polite and professional. They are receiving 4 stars bc we had to call to get updated on my car, overall very nice people.

Although it was my first visit, it wasn’t difficult to see, the competition doesn’t come close to the trustworthy and personable service. Having been to many of the chain automotive service shops, I most appreciated that no attempt was made to sell me additional services my car didn’t need. In addition, I didn’t wait hours for my service to be completed.

Dave was very helpful, answered all questions thoroughly, and gained a new regular customer. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

This is a veteran owned business and not only did the owner serve his country but he is a top notch guy who is honest, reliable and will shoot you straight.

I’m in the process of buy a used truck and needed someone I trust to look it over to make sure it’s a solid truck and that I’m not buying a lemon or a truck that will be a money pit.

His prices are hard to beat purely based on the service, reliability and honest work he provides.

Dave and his crew are top notch and will always do right by their customers whether first time customer or repeat customer.

I had my Chrysler 300 towed here at the end of business day so the following morning Dave calls me to get my info says they are taking my car for a test drive and he will call back to let me know what’s wrong with it. 8 hours later I call him.. he says how busy he is and tells me my right rear wheel abs sensor needs to be replaced. So I ask how much it is and he says he will call me back so I wait another hour and a half and I call him back. I then got a response about how they have been busy all day with customers…. I am a customer and he would call me back. So I wait another 30 minutes and he finally calls back. it shouldn’t take 8-10 hours to find out abs sensor and a price. So he says they will fix it first thing in the morning and the job only took about 45 minutes to fix… I call the next day at 1130 am and the car is ready but no body called me. So I arrive to pick up my car and they test drove my car 20 miles and used up almost a 1/4 tank of gas… I know this because I took photos of all the lights that were on my dash before I took the car there… also no paper in the floor of my car from where they did work and there is grease on my headliner and my floor board. When I call to ask about it Dave just says oh well you left a bad review and we did you a favor by squeezing you in… my car was the first car there Thursday morning seeing how it was towed the night before.. how is it you were squeezing me in? Also, there’s another clay transmission shop 4 miles up the road they are individually owned and they don’t treat their customers like an inconvenience…

Was throwing parts my truck finally gave in and brought it to mechanic. Their 2hr diagnostic is well worth the cost. They found 2 major issues that saved me from more parts changing and exchanging.
