  Always was a good customer to Clausen's til my last bill. Charged me for an hour and half and was here less than a hour. Probably a extra $40. When I told them about it they said drive time and parts. When he got here he never left, all parts were in his van. So $40 to drive here, I don't think Clausen's pay their employees from the time they leave the house They do good everytime I have called them. I just like paying to drive here. They also must not keep records or they would bill you by the right name. Just paid them last year for a bathroom remodel. Guess some customers aren't needed.

  Called Friday and got an appointment set up for Monday afternoon to replace my water heater. Super fast and Darwin was able to show me everything I needed to know about this new water heater. Would easily recommend Clausen anytime!

  Got an 85$ bill for a guy who stopped by for less than twenty minutes and opened two of our vents, called to see if we could get the bill reduced because the “80$ minimum service fee” was never advertised, we asked how much we would owe him and he said we would get a bill like he had no clue he was going to charge us 80$ to basically walk in and bs with us and open a vent #robbery
