  Clarksville Heating and Air delivered more outstanding service when they installed our latest HVAC system. Mike (the owner) offered a fair price for all we ordered. The guys in the installation crew (David, Rick & Raymundo) arrived right on time and were polite and professional throughout their time at our home. They kept our floors protected and were mindful to keep doors closed in consideration of our cats. David patiently showed me how our new thermostat worked.All three of the guys worked diligently and were friendly to be around. There was a slight mixup with a surge protector that we ordered which we realized at the end of the installation day. Mike responded to our question about it first thing the next morning and completely resolved it with ease. I've signed up for their long term maintenance plan and I'm confident that I've made a great choice based on how smoothly both installations have gone. Clarksville Heating and Air is the best!

  Very happy! Great product (I was down in the basement standing next to the new system and couldn't even tell the fan was on!), and very professional installation. The team (Ricky, Renaldo, Raymundo, David, and Richie) were very respectful and put in a full hard day to replace my aging heat and AC with a new Carrier system that so far seems to be a significant upgrade.

  The technician, Darnelle Kirby, was great. He was professional and pleasantly responded to any questions I had. The fall HVAC tuneup was more thorough than previous services we used. I highly recommend Clarksville Heating & Air. P.S. When I phoned the office to set appointment, I was told that the window was 10-noon. Tech arrived a little after 8 am.
