I am very happy with the service and price. Connor performed maintenance on a wall heater and repair on my central unit. His work was excellent and he gave me some good advice to keep the system running. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend Connor and Citywide/USA Supply any time

We just purchased our new home 3 days ago, and woke up for our furnace not working. In a frenzy, I called and spoke to Mitch. Even though they didn’t have any open times to come service our furnace- I was able to talk about the problem and come and pick up parts to fix it myself! Now after a $65 part- We have heat! We are beyond great full for the service provided, education and knowledge provided!

Needed to repair my walk in cooler, had a great experience with them the first time not to much the second time. The individual assigned to the job kept making excuses to work around the problem made my business wait 4 days just to give me an answer. Not professional at all was very upset with the way things were handled. Called a competitor and he fixed it in two hours. Lol
