  Michael was exceptional in his work when our heat went out in 20 to 30 degree temps. He arrived on a Saturday and secured the necessary part for a rapid repair. In the interim he made sure that the unit was safely shut down and not releasing anything toxic into the house. When the part was secured he installed and waited to make sure the unit was working properly before he left. Exceptional, trustworthy work from a company we have now used for many years. We heard about them from our neighbors and now they are our ONLY go-to company for heating / cooling as their work if exceptional, trustworthy and affordable.

  We always use City Heat & Air whenever we need their services. Their technician repair person Chris is excellent !! He is very knowledgeable, super nice & fixed my problem in in like 5 minutes. Turns out we didnt need a new unit, it was just a wiring issue with my Thermostat for the 2nd time. Chris went right to the source because he remembered it had a wiring problem before but a different wire this time. This is an honest company that I would recommend to anyone who needs someone they can trust for repairs on a new unit or repairs.

  Derrick and Bill did an awesome job and left me super impressed with the quality of work they did. They cleaned up good and went thru all the thermostat controls with me to double check and make sure everything functioned properly. 👍 Thank you guys and thank you Mike for everything.
