  Ben was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about my furnace install. When our furnace broke, I was referred to Citizen Energy and I'm glad I was! Affordable and a fast install! I also signed up for the annual cleaning special he had. For only 125 why wouldn't I? Thank you again Citizen Energy!!

  I was very impressed with how prompt, professional and thorough Ben was. Guess our furnace was a bit worse off than we thought, but there was no additional charge despite the extra sludge and grime! Fantastic company and it really fit into my budget - it was about half what the "big guys" charge, but the service was definitely more personal. He took the time to explain to us not only what he did, but also what may need to be done in the future, as well as give recommendations on how to improve our system. I'm now a customer for as long as I live in this area!

  Furnace failed in my recent home purchase. After a failed repair and 200 bucks from some other guy Citizen Energy properly identified the problem and provided an estimate for replacing the unit. After chasing down 3 putney estimates it was clear the job belonged to Citizen.... They swapped it out in about 3 hours and they were prompt. Polite. And professional. Highly recommend them.
