  Hot water heater elements out. Mike did a great job and replacing them in a very tight space. Will call Chuck's anytime we have a heating or plumbing need.

  Called to try to explain issue and schedule emergency service, woman was curt, rude, said I should talk to the people who installed the drain (yeah, my late relatives in the 50s?), She said, well, there's no one who can come out today. I asked about tomorrow, just no, not no, sorry. Never mind lady, if you don't want business, don't answer the phone.

  I did not use Chuck's. I did speak to a lady about my problem but she did not seem very interested in helping me. She even suggested I call someone else. So I did.
