Chris Diner Heating Inc is a 6 Star Company. Chris and his repairman Jacob did what the said they would do, did it at the time they said they would, and did it to our complete satisfaction. Chris was immediately responsive to our need for heater repair/maintenance. He is an excellent communicator.

I rarely write reviews, in fact almost never but this business is incredible. I had to call PG&E because I smelled gas and my pilot light had gone out in my old gas floor furnace. It had rarely gone out. PG&E fixed the leak but could not get the pilot to stay lit. He informed me that I needed a new gas control valve. This opened up the door to a nightmare of calls to heating company’s telling me they didn’t work with gas, they couldn’t go under the house and one company (a well known one that I used to like) told me they didn’t think they could fix it but they would come out and look but there would still be a service call and charge for going under the house! Another company told me the furnace was just too old, they are probably right however PGE told me there are lots of them in the area. Anyhow I finally called Chris Dinner and not only did he answer the phone direct he was positive and friendly and even tried to get someone out here that day. As it turned out 2 really nice guys showed up at 7:40am the next morning. One was an older gentleman and the other was a younger man. They spent at least an hour under the house (which isn’t easy) and that doesn’t count the time they spent running back and forth to their van. The old valve can be a problem getting off (I’m not sure why it’s only been on there 70 yrs.) but they completed the job and told me to fire it up. Working great ever since. I also had a very nice short exchange with the older gentleman (think his name was Tom, not sure) he told me “honesty is the best policy” just a nice exchange before they left. Later that day Chris called to make sure I was a “happy camper” I assured him I was. This will be my “go to” company from now on out and I highly recommend it.
