  I would recommend Chris to anyone in the area that needs help with heating or cooling. Our furnace was not working properly and he was able to get it back up and running. Very polite and professional company. They send you a text message with a time frame when you can expect them and when they are on their way which is very helpful so you're not waiting all day.

  This week has been super hard for me and of course my boiler shutting off was the icing on the cake. 🥶😭 I wasn't sure what to do, 1 person I called was closed and another said no. So I remembered in my town there is Chris Cool HVACR LLC. So why not support local business and give him a call. I am a bit shy 🤭 so I emailed him. Omg within a short time I received an email back followed by a text. I was given an estimate of the service and final price would be plus tax and plus any parts needed. Of course I said yes because I didn't want the pipes to freeze because today after a snow storm it's a lovely 15°F. He was estimated to be at my home at 545pm it was now 520pm. No more than a short time he was here. Very courteous and warm so he didn't make me feel like a dollar sign only. After he worked on it an hr and change he actually made sure everything was OK for me. I appreciated he took his time to ensure it wouldn't shut off again or if any other little problems popped up. He definitely was a life saver for me today, so I definitely recommend him. Support our local businesses and Chris is the best ! He has gained a customer! Thank you!!!!!!

  Chris is always on time, always professional, always reliable, and always fair on price. His work is better than any other HVAC person I've used in the past on my oil boiler. Can't recommend him enough.
